Formulation	1.5ml (LD15), 10ml (L010), or 100ml (L100) PBS with Magnesium and Calcium in double-distilled water (ddWater), without any additives
Endotoxin-free	Bacterial Endotoxin Test (kinetic turbidimetric LAL method) according to Ph. Eur. 9. Passed according to specification: Endotoxin-free: <0.00002 [EU/mg]/<0.02 [EU/ml].
Sterility	Filter method: according to Ph. Eur. 9. Passed according to specification: • No growth in Thioglycolate medium at 30-35°C after 14 days. • No growth in Soybean Casein Digest Broth (TSB) at 20-25°C after 14 days.
pH Value	7.4 (± 0.2)
Composition	Sodium chloride: 137mM, Potassium chloride: 2.7mM, Potassium phosphate monobasic: 2mM, Sodium phosphate dibasic: 10mM, Magnesium chloride: 0.5mM and Calcium chloride: 0.9mM in ddWater

Application	PBS with Magnesium and Calcium Endotoxin-free (sterile) is a balanced salt solution used for a wide range of applications (cell culture, washing cells, transporting cells or tissue, diluting cells for counting, and preparing other laboratory reagents)

Storage	Room Temperature: 15-25°C. Storage at 2-8°C is also possible, but not recommened due to residual Ca precipitation risk.
Stability	Upon receipt, store product at Room Temperature: 15-25°C. Do not freeze. Storage at 2-8°C is also possible, but not recommened due to residual Ca precipitation risk. In its unopened original vial, the product is stable for at least 24 months when stored at Room Temperature: 15-25°C. Once the vial is opened, or if aliquoted into sterile vials under sterile conditions, the product remains stable for an additional 12 months at Room Temperature: 15-25°C.
