Formulation	10ml (L010), PBS in double-distilled water (ddWater), without calcium and magnesium, particle-tested.
Endotoxin-free	Bacterial Endotoxin Test (kinetic turbidimetric LAL method) according to Ph. Eur. 9. Passed according to specification: Endotoxin-free: <0.00002 [EU/mg]/<0.02 [EU/ml].
Sterility	Filter method: according to Ph. Eur. 9. Passed according to specification: • No growth in Thioglycolate medium at 30-35°C after 14 days. • No growth in Soybean Casein Digest Broth (TSB) at 20-25°C after 14 days.
pH Value	7.4 (± 0.2)
Composition	Sodium chloride: 137mM, Potassium chloride: 2.7mM, Potassium phosphate monobasic: 2mM, and Sodium phosphate dibasic: 10mM in ddWater. Does not contain calcium or magnesium.

Application	PBS Endotoxin-free (sterile) is a balanced salt solution used for a wide range of applications (cell culture, washing cells, transporting cells or tissue, diluting cells for counting, and preparing other laboratory reagents). This PBS product is without calcium and magnesium for the purpose of rinsing cells before treating them with proteases for dissociation.
Handling	Keep sterile. Ready-to-use, sterile solution. Avoid plastic containers, or any source of MNP.

Storage	2-8°C
Stability	Upon receipt, store product at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. In its unopened original vial, the product is stable for at least 24 months when stored at 2-8°C. Once the vial is opened, or if aliquoted into sterile vials under sterile conditions, the product remains stable for an additional 12 months at 2-8°C.
